The above prices are based on up to 16 guests in 8 ensuite rooms in the Manor House.

The adjoining Lodge can accommodate up to 6 additional guests in 3 rooms. For groups of 17–22 guests a large group supplement applies. Add the following to the 16 guest price:

1 Bookings & Payment

  • Booking Deposit: One third at the time of booking
  • Final Balance: Due three months before the arrival date
  • Cautionary Deposit: £500 (refundable)

2 Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in: 5pm
  • Check-out: 10am (4pm on Sundays)

Extra housekeeping available on request for an additional charge.

5 Children Welcome

  • Collection of children’s DVDs
  • Toys, games, Lego and Duplo
  • 2 travel cots and 2 z beds
  • High chairs available upon request

6 Dogs

  • Well behaved dogs welcome
  • The first two dogs stay free of charge
  • Additional dogs £30 per stay
  • Dogs must sleep in the downstairs utility area

7 House Restrictions

  • Up to two well behaved dogs welcome, sleeping in the downstairs utility area
  • No fireworks please
  • Hen parties welcome upon request and noise restrictions
  • Not suitable for stag parties
